Please note: City & Guilds have extended the 2391 Inspection & Testing to July 2012. Book now to pass before the changes get harder and the costs get higher.

Reasons to pass 2391 before July 2012:

  • Current 2391 course takes 5 days (including practical exam) at £480 + VAT. This gives you the qualification for the Initial Verification of Electrical Installation and Period Inspection of Electrical Installation work.

  • New replacement consists of 2 certifications, 2394 and 2395. Each course is estimated to take 5 days plus exam time. The new 2394 qualification is for the Initial Verification of Electrical Installation work. The new 2395 qualification is for Periodic Inspection of Electrical Installation work (no costs available at present but the new accreditations will take longer and therefore the costs will increase accordingly)
