Daily monitoring on attendance and punctuality confirmed by weekly absence advice forms which are faxed or e-mailed to you.

End of Block progress report.

Log books are monitored and feed back given on the end of block progress report.

Off the job training (City & Guilds) will be completed in two years with block release, rather than three with 1 day release.

A detailed scheme of work supplied to allow you to co-ordinate on the job training with the training in college which in turn will help you with job planning and monitoring of apprentices progress..

BET On the job Training

Have the ability to give accurate information on the progress of your apprentice both Technical Certificate and NVQ.

Regular onsite NVQ assessments.

Portfolio building surgeries with Training Officers. Portfolio assessment and verification, structured around J.I.B advancement date, to ensure timely advancement of an apprentice on the training programme.

BET Save on Costing

We don’t ask for any contribution toward the training other than the admin charge.

We offer a free 2391 (inspect & test) for all companies who’s apprentices have successfully completed.

We don’t charge for the first re-sit (including AM2 or the 2 day refreshers).

We don’t ask you to cover the AM2 cost up front.
