City & Guilds 2382-26 4 Day Course

The City & Guilds 2382 course is aimed at practising electricians and electrical contractors who have relevant electrical experience and are working within the electrical industry and require a working knowledge of the current edition of BS 7671. 

This course provides candidates with the knowledge required to understand the 18th Edition Wiring Regulations, including the latest Amendment 4 updates, and how they apply to electrical installations. 

Candidates attending the course will develop an understanding of the structure, content and application of the Wiring Regulations to support safe and compliant electrical installation work.

  • Layout and structure of the regulations 
  • Key definitions within the regulations 
  • Understanding and navigating the appendices 
  • Key updates introduced within Amendment 4 
  • Application of the regulations to electrical installations 

Entry Requirements 

A basic knowledge of electrical installations is required. Ideally, candidates should be fully qualified practising electricians or individuals working within the electrical industry. 

Assessment 

The course concludes with a 2-hour online multiple-choice examination, consisting of 60 questions. Results are provided instantly upon completion.
