BS 7671:2018 Amendment 4 introduces updates to the current 18th Edition Wiring Regulations. Electricians and electrical contractors are encouraged to familiarise themselves with the latest changes to ensure their work remains compliant with current industry standards.
Our 1 Day Amendment 4 Update Course is aimed at candidates and electrical contractors looking to update their knowledge on the key changes included in Amendment 4 and how these may apply to their work and electrical installations moving forward. Ideally, candidates attending this course should have previously completed an 18th Edition qualification and be conversant with the content, layout and application of BS 7671.
Candidates should be working in the electrical industry, ideally as a fully qualified practising electrician, and should have previously completed an 18th Edition Level 3 qualification.
This is an update course, and candidates will receive a Certificate of Attendance to confirm their participation.
Please note this course is not a formal qualification, does not include an examination, and cannot be used as an 18th Edition course to apply for an ECS Trade Card.
Candidates who have not previously achieved the 18th Edition qualification, or those wishing to undertake a longer course and gain a formal qualification, should consider the 4 Day City & Guilds 2382 course offered by Birmingham Electrical Training.
